Lk 3: 15-18: John the Baptist reveals Jesus as
being superior to him. His own role is to introduce Jesus into the world. Jesus
is the real Messiah who has the Holy Spirit with him. Jesus purifies, redeems
and baptizes them. Jesus separates the unholy from the people. So John the
Baptist clears the doubts of people.
