Jn. 8: 49-59:
Jesus establishes his eternal existence. His existence is eternal than Abraham
by saying “before Abraham was I AM”. Jesus exhorts his people to believe in him
so that they have the eternal life. One
has the life eternal only by faith in the eternal Jesus.
