1 Mt. 9: 18-26:
The ruler of the synagogue and the woman with hemorrhage came to Jesus with
insufficient faith. The former came out of desperation and the latter with a
superstition. Both were granted the favours they asked for or desired in their
hearts. Jesus makes the event holy and memorable and inadequacy of our faith is
made wholly.
