Jesus speaks of the 3 testimonies that are accredited to him
– his works and miracles, John the Baptist’s testimony in pointing him out as
the savior and the words of scripture that refer to him. To gain direction in
life one has to be guided by the testimony of others- the words, attitude and
personal qualities are those factors that motivate people. So we go to Jesus
for guidance.
